Everything on this page is something filed under oath. Washington lobbyists and their firms report their own registrations and client lists to the Public Disclosure Commission, monthly. This page rearranges those filings and adds nothing to them. Where a filing is silent — and it is silent about a great deal — section 03 says so plainly.

Who pays
Lobbying compensation is reported by the firm, not the person: the clients below registered with the firm this lobbyist works through, and the money is on the firm’s page. Attributing a share of it to one person would be arithmetic no filing states.

Bills they were paid to work on
The L-2 monthly report lists them. We hold the reports; we do not yet parse the bill lines inside them.
The bill numbers are in documents we have not parsed yet. Every month a lobbyist works, their firm files an L-2 report listing the bills. Those reports exist and are linked below — what is missing is our extraction of the bill lines, not the record itself.

What this page cannot tell you
Each of these is a number a reader might reasonably expect. None of them follow from the records we hold, so we do not publish them.
- No meetings are recorded
- Washington does not require lobbyists to log who they met. There is no calendar to publish.
- No content is recorded
- What was said in any conversation is not on file anywhere. The record is that someone was paid to talk about a bill — never what they said or whether it worked.
- Testimony
- Hearing sign-in sheets record stated positions, and they are not in our pipeline yet. Absent, not zero.
- Contributions in their own name
- A contribution record matched to this person by name alone would be the join this site refuses — 1.4 million donor rows contain many people with the same name. Absent until a keyed join exists.
- Nothing here measures influence
- There is no public record of influence. There are records of registration and compensation, and the arrow from either to an outcome would be our argument, not a document.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is read from a primary source and rebuilt on a schedule. Nothing here is modelled or inferred; where a source is silent the page says so rather than filling the gap.
- WA PDC lobbyist registrations (L-1)
- Who this lobbyist is registered to lobby for, and through which firm. Compensation is reported by the firm, not the person, so it appears on the firm’s page rather than here.
- WA PDC L-2 monthly reports
- The employer-of-record filings that list the bills a lobbyist was paid to work on. We hold the report index and link it above; the individual bill lines inside are not yet parsed — the identifier in this page’s address is the PDC agent id 415.
